Bookkeeping

Whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company you can save time and costs by using a professional bookkeeper to keep on top of your monthly bookkeeping. This includes VAT returns, bank reconciliations, inputting  suppliers invoices, creating customer invoices and any other bookkeeping transactions. 

This can be done on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the size of your business and how many transactions need processing.

Accounting Software

As we move into a world of Making Tax Digital (MTD) there are many choices for accounting software at IDB Bookkeeping we recommend Xero. Everything is stored safely in the cloud and it makes bookkeeping quick and easy. It also means bookkeeping can be done virtually.

We can help you move from paper based to cloud accounting or if you are already using cloud software and would like to try a Xero we can transfer everything over.

We can also offer training on using the software if you have an in-house bookkeeper.

Payroll

Payroll is specialised we can offer this service weekly or monthly depending on when you pay your staff. Our packages include all monthly, annual returns and payslips issued to staff.

We offer different packages depending on the number of staff on your payroll.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

With ten years of experience working on CIS we understand how time consuming it can be. We can take over all your CIS including verifying sub-contractor's and monthly returns. We use Xero cloud accounting software which takes out all the hard work of manually calculating subcontractors payments. Xero will work out the deductions, submit to HMRC and send out deduction statements to subcontractors.

Annual Accounts

Whether you are a sole trader, in partnership or a small limited company, we can prepare your year-end accounts.

For small limited companies we can complete you corporation tax and submit your return.

Self Assessment Tax Returns

If you are a  sole trader, in partnership, a director of a limited company or just an individual that is required to complete a tax return, we can do this for you.

The price depends on the size of your return and how many sections need to be completed.
